I am neither a judge nor lawyer but please tell me there is a way for either the plaintiffs or the judge to remind them that there are other parts of the Constitution that place constraints on Article II (or I, or III!), like some bits (amendments) added later, like 4, 5, 6, 12, 13, or 14 or others?

I think I had annoyed this fine fellow at the Ft. Worth zoo by the time I took this shot…

I got four decent shots of that bird but this one is the best and I am unreasonably proud of it. 😁

I re-read it just a couple of months ago. It really is absolutely fantastic and one of my all time favorites! Thank you so much for your books!

Congrats! I think I’ve got approximately 3 or 4x10^-4% of those on the shelf!

Aha! I’ve been convinced for a while now that I MUST have had an older account than mine (April, 2001) because I know I’ve been reading the site and forums since 1998. I was thinking of asking Aurich to look up an old email address or two but I know he’s got much better things to do!

That cover art for Servants of the Storm is so evocatively unsettling every time I see it. I really need to just buy and read the dang thing so that I can finally know what’s going on!
