So glad you brought up affordability. I learned recently that changes to vaccine recommendations can result in insurance companies and Medicaid no longer covering them--placing an added and unnecessary expense on those that for various reasons need the vaccine in question.

Totally get that—those feelings are real. When I start to feel overwhelmed, I try to remember the many thoughtful, creative people doing what they can, big and small, to build a better, more inclusive democracy. That helps me hold onto hope. 💙
