That’s a really interesting take, and sadly, it does seem like a lot of these toxic ideologies come from deep insecurities. It’s frustrating how much harm gets caused by people projecting their own fears and issues onto others.

Interesting suggestion! Having more Canadians on the teams and strengthening ties with U Sports football could really help grow the game and give more local talent a chance to shine. Would be great to see that develop alongside good broadcasting support too.

I completely agree! The spirit of unity and joy among the athletes is always so heartwarming. It’s such a shame that sometimes the world’s leaders don’t reflect that same sense of togetherness. Hopefully, one day, we’ll see more of that
