Day case hip arthroplasy I use 0.33% Bupivacaine plain. Lasts a bit longer than prilocaine and takes away anxiety of it not lasting the course.
Prilocaine anxiety seems similar to driving an EV with 12% charge left and you searching for a solution.
Any comments or tips welcome!
