Not done yet but I’m knitting my first sweater (I’ve crocheted one before that and before this only knit scarves and hats) it is based on a free pattern from YouTube! I just separated the sleeves and body (it is a top down pattern) yesterday morning.
A halfway done, blue knit sweater (in stockinette stitch) with a bright red collar (in knit one pearl one) lays upon a grey couch. The sweater does not have sleeves or a lower half yet - it is being worked from the top-down from the red collar into the blue body. The blue yarn has slight variations of teal and purple throughout, these are blended flecks not patches of color.

This guy’s name is Seymour Buddy Butts. He’s a two year old double merle Australian shepherd mix who is completely deaf so he is also known by Seymour Hearless.
