seven years ago, leo and i got to see miss major speak in person at our local lgbt youth center. it was really amazing to see her talk and answer questions from many lgbt kids. also then is when i first heard about prison abolition. miss major was an amazing woman, very sad to see her go.

two latest dolls. more old templates that i wanted to use. first one i wanted to use any fabric i had with animals on it. second one is inspired by insects.

two new dolls. my friends got me some fabric for my birthday so i used some of it for both of these. tried to rework my bead limb idea with the second doll, but i think there's a better way i could execute it.
A little pink doll on a couch. They're almost banana shaped but the bottom goes straight down with two stubby legs. They've braided yarn with beads at the ends hanging off the curved tip of their head. They've an embroidered face with two large eyes, a smile, and blushing cheeks. There are two beaded arms with fabric hands on each side of their body. The back of the same doll. Very similar to the front but with no face. A doll sitting on a couch. They have a pink bulbous head with a green pointed tip on top. Their face is embroidered on with two eyes and a large smile with two pointy teeth. There's a long thin nose protruding from the middle of their face. Their body is tubular with a pink frill at the neck. They have beaded limbs with white fabric hands and feet at the ends. The back of the same doll. Looks similar to the front but there's no face and the limbs are mostly hidden behind it.

the second ever galore zine! this one is just a few pages from my sketchbook, it's quite short and doesn't have a cohesive theme like my previous zine. I wanted to showcase a few scenes from it as a little preview. if anyone wants a physical copy of it then please let me know. it is free of course.

two new dolls that my instagram followers voted upon. the first one are the winning parts and the second one are the losing parts. the first one i used all old shirts and one pajama pant for it. the second one i wanted to do another patchwork doll and revisit making teeth.
