In meditation, I see through. In prayer, I want nothing, need nothing too. In living, I am lived through.

Sometimes Silence is the greatest expression of the Mystery. Still, it finds expression with words as an overflowing of this ever so rich quietness.

Lover, allow thoughts move freely without a need to attach to any.

This opening up to experience as it unfolds! Such love!

when i can't find myself
i am lost in the divine
i am found in the divine
i am only seen by the divine
as no one and nothing
but the divine.

when i rise up as myself
i lie, i cheat, i am better than,
i am less than, i am discontent,
i am fearful, i am important,
...

my heart thumps
when my mind
recognizes that 'i am'
