It will be mounted in the middle of this spooky season wreath that my kiddo and I made. Btw, your second life begins when kids can plan and complete a craft project on their own!

My embroidery kit made it from the UK to the US! Thank you @thesearethekids.bsky.social !!! This will be the perfect post-hysterectomy project 🤪

More from my yard including my native habitat slope, the trillium babies are doing so well 🥰
Sloped ground with black curved retaining barriers, concrete steps on the left, house and air conditioning unit on the right. Each section created by the retainers is planted with a plant that is native to the Pacific northwest region of the United States, specifically the Willamette Valley of Oregon state. A fern with old leaves that are looking a bit brown and battered, but the new fronds are popping up in the middle of the plant, the stems are a brownish red, and the tightly curled top is showing bits of green Two maiden hair fern fronds that are about to open. The leaves are a bright green while the stem transitions from green at the top two black at the bottom. This is my favorite feature of the maiden hair fern. A pacific bleeding heart plant, the leaves are medium green, and the flowers are pink heart shaped that open up to a white petal in the center.

I know we're all excited to see taika in anything, but this is a David Walliams IP. I thought he was just one of the funny guys from little britain, turns out he's a predator bordering on p*do. Maybe let's not hype this one?? We can do better, hype projects that aren't connected to horrible people.
