Here’s how I made my angry feminist shirt…
On Wednesdays* we fight the Patriarchy (I sewed a new shirt with a new transfer design).

This old sewing machine was donated to me by a local lady and I just spent 10 minutes cleaning and oiling it and then I tested it. It’s sewing perfectly!
All of this to say you don’t need a new, expensive sewing machine to start sewing!
Just ask in your local buy nothing group!

For me, it’s a sewing group where you hang out on Wednesday evenings or on Saturdays and get expert guidance, plenty of inspiration and a lot of community and support for your sewing projects!
