Inclusive is nice, not many brands offer range beyond a b cup! I'm trying to learn pattern drafting so I can hopefully cut back on buying patterns and make my own.

Oh, Burdastyle. I've tried two print at home patterns from them, legging and t shirt slopers. They worked ok. I have a moto jacket that I'm afraid to touch because there's so many sizes and lines that overlap and converge. They leave out things sometimes, like size charts. I don't love them.

If you mean contemporary then yes, I usually skip them. Their new designs are always ill fitting or matronly. I prefer vintage for better construction (and single sizing). Indie patterns are hit and miss, I find instructions are usually lacking, sizing is off, and print at home is annoying AF.

What was it, BurdaStyle?? Or something else? I was on Burda and right pissed when they went under because apparently only a third of users were given notice of the site change and I was not one of them. I download my patterns immediately anyways, but like have the decency to email everyone...

I used to receive patterns as part of a promotion from McCall's and there were at least two patterns that had to be reissued due to error. I would contact the company by phone, they might just send you a replacement.

I learned this: I may have my ideas about my garden but mother nature has her own.
We learn from experience but I wish I had known about all the variables like changing light, competing plants. Instead I made assumptions, didn't think about the big picture and lost money on futile endeavors. Oops 😳

This has been coming up frequently in the knitting/crochet scene. Skilled makers will pick up on the sheer impossibility of even the simplest AI creations, but unsuspecting buyers do not understand construction and fall for these scams pretty easily. You'll find this kind of crap all over AliExpress
