It's all shit but I got to add a finger loop for the train on my nieces' first prom dress which I have for alterations.😍
Dress hem with plastic "horsehair" trim. A piece of blue ribbon sewn to the underside of the train to serve as a finger loop to keep the train off the floor while walking.
