I'm starting to feel like I've been out of people's lives so long it's hard to go back

It's actually so crazy how hyper I feel rn, like in a good way now but a bad way SOON. Like every time I go through a cycle of 'it's so over' to 'its so back" it's a little more so both ways. I'm worried that when this low hits it's gonna hit like a train
