I’ve been dealing with BVD (binocular vision dysfunction) my whole life, I only got diagnosed in the last year and I think the treatment (specialized lenses) is a game changer. Thanks to the optometrist that believed me.

In other news, I’m the lightest I’ve been in probably 5+ years at 159.3 today. Still no abs but I’m thinking my core is just weak.

I hope I like how my arms look as much in the next car. On this cool November day in noshave November, facial hair is looking a bit wilder than last year.
