As a healthcare provider, i use resources from CDC at work mostly for treatment guidelines.
I was alerted to the MEC (medical eligibility criteria for contraception) page going dark, so I looked to see if the STI app was accessible. It’s not. I rely on this for treating patients. This is surreal.

This week in Milwaukee, a family spoke Spanish in a store which prompted them to be detained by ICE. They are US citizens.

Soaking in the morning sun with these two while the house is quiet. I’m hooked on The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah right now. Seems hauntingly similar to my fears for our dystopian next 4 years here. Let’s hope I’m not right by any stretch.
