Not that I forgot you existed but (okay I’m just awful at social media), but the transformation never stopped.

I’m sure anyone who is following me here would’ve already seen it on Stream, though!

The health journey accelerated into both mental AND physical.

It’s a new me!

2nd week of not able to sleep more than 6 hours and feeling refreshed/energized/ready to go.

Where does this transformation end, not until I’m like super ultra jacked?!

Fuck diabetes, having 3 more hours in a day is something I’ve always wished for and they were right there.

I always thought I wasn’t able to run or walk longer distances because of my genes, turns out it was the diabetes. I’ve always been strong but have had no stamina.

And now that has changed.

What’s like a good charity for diabetes; I feel like I’m not the only one who’s now realized my body wasn’t supposed to function like that with the elevated blood glucose levels.

Preferably Dutch based but international’s fine too, I wanna start doing some charity work for my fellow man.

Twitch vod storage being maxed out at 100 hours might be the most bizarre thing I’ve ever seen them enforce.

What's the next verse?

Coming to understand myself so much better this last year; my entire life changed in almost only 6 months.

Actively exercising, have (made) a much better work/life balance, spending lots of time with my kids and my wife & even my hobbies.

All things I thought never possible since I was a boy.

I guess not unimportant to mention is that I’ve been a content creator for over 10 years, primarily by streaming on Twitch.

I’ve done many live events as well, from showcasing speedruns to hosting stage performances; right now I’m kick starting my YouTube career with Diablo 4 content!

Few things about me:

- Dad of 2 wonderful daughters Zelda and Celes
- Full-time content creator/gamer
- Self proclaimed King of Video games in many genres but mostly FPS’ and (A)RPGs (but don’t ask me to play an RTS or MOBA!)
- Despite my fluent English, I’m actually not American! I’m Dutch!
