Lead educator, Judas, showing off one of their rare Ayam Cemani chickens. This breed originates in Indonesia and is hyperpigmented, giving them a striking appearance. Despite their warmer native home, they have been thriving in Northern Minnesota.

We had such an amazing time at the Duluth Children's Museum on Saturday! 🐺💚🌱 A great example of our programming, we do this free for our community!

It's -22°F on our thermometers, around -40 windchill. The sled dogs slept warm in their houses last night, stuffed with fresh straw. This morning, they're already up and playing with their neighbors! 🐺❄️

Our Siberian Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, and crosses are uniquely adapted to the cold! 💚

Judas has been providing sled dog education to schools since 2020! Our dogs have met hundreds of kids, sometimes in a single winter!

With friendly and gentle demo dogs, sleds, and equipment we offer hands-on learning that makes memories for years to come and engages students.
