Brilliantly creative and uniquely dark worldbuilding - I really hope Nate Crowley writes more in this universe, its begging for it. I need to know about High Sarawak at the very least!

Started my plunge into the original work of one of my favourite 40k writers Nate Crowley @frogcroakley.bsky.social
Zombie POV weird body horror sounded right up my street. Hoping for lots of body parts gruesomely dropping off.

The coolest video of me ever taken. Morocco, earlier this year, and my first experience riding a horse since one time when I was a child. Unforgettable.

One does not simply pass on 20 Sharpe books for £60.

Hope I like them...

It's hard when nobody notices you, when you make content that nobody is even aware exists no matter your efforts, and you feel destined for obscurity. But thank you for offering this space.
I write a bunch of stuff but my flagship series is pirate adventure fantasy. My love letter to the genre.

As for the sixth book, India Muerte and the Dragonfire Pearl, it's the work in progress! What should you hope for?
Well, India is about to get very, very, very cold...

Book 5, India Muerte and the Great Frontier, takes India far away from the Caribbean - to the vast empire of York, anathema to pirates. Another one not suitable for the younglings. India and his comrades hunt down a supremacist serial killer into lands of promise and myth... the wild frontier.

India Muerte and the Pirate Blood takes things up a notch. This is the first book I'd considered sticking a "Parental Advisory" sticker on. India and co. face off against the brutal corsair Vane Blood and his revenge-fuelled world.
Hallucinogenic jungles, lost Aztec ruins, ship battles.

Book 3, India Muerte and the Hunt for Black Atlantis, is my personal favourite. What can you expect? A rip-roaring high seas adventure that takes us across the Caribbean - and down, deep down, into the ocean depths...
Merfolk, monsters and more.

The second, India Muerte and the Indigo Caves, takes us on a voyage to the vast and wondrous Afrika, seeking out the pirate revolutionary Ebon Caesar at the behest of the powerful merchant king Hong Kong Silver. But Caesar has his own plans...
Deserts, jungles, deadly bayous and dark magic.

The first tale starts with India Muerte a young lad, exploring a fantastical Caribbean world as finds himself aboard the legendary Ship of the Dead, crewed by skeletons. But he has to go and make himself an enemy of the vindictive imperial governor's son... I guess it's a "coming of piracy" story.

Greetings #booksky - I want to introduce my flagship (ahem) series, the pirate fantasy adventure India Muerte. Tropical islands & lost temples, mythical creatures & sea monsters, buried treasure & brutal corsairs, pirate towns & underwater grottos...
