And most impressive of all, this issue is devoid of Spider-man or Peter Parker, and its still... so darn amazing. I just continue to be astounded by this series, and can't wait to do a follow up video on it after it hits issue 20 and/or resolves the current arc.

There is, honestly nothing like this currently coming out. This new version of Mysterio, is the most interesting version of the villain yet, not to mention that his backstory and reveal is done so well, pairing an obvious reveal with a rather insane one. The story is just... really pushing forward!

Caught up to #UltimateSpiderman 16 and I still can't get over how GREAT this comic book is. Every issue, just surprises, delights and impresses. Leave it to Hickman and Checchetto to remain this consistent, at this level. If you're even remotely interested in comics, you need to be reading this...

No I still haven't started the famed RPG yet... I'm on the final boss of #TheFirstBerserkerKhazan and well... Its a doozy. I'm likely going to spend all of tomorrow trying to beat him. Made it to Phase 2 of 3 tonight, so uhh... Progress!

Either we go in the direction that Wolverine/Logan is a tragic villain in this story, or we, you know, move forward and undo his brainwashing and have him start coming to terms with what he's been doing since. We don't need to keep seeing Logan doing terrible things, flashbacks can totally do that.

Okay so... Why is Logan still brainwashed and just doing the same thing over and over? We know that at some point, he's going to snap out of it, but why delay that? Why keep stretching out his brain washed state? I feel like we've established the premise at this point...

Alright so... I gotta say this, and I apologize for the negativity, but what exactly is going on with #UltimateWolverine. We're three issues in, we've seen a bunch of characters, but really, nothing has really progressed forward here. I'll respond with spoilers in the replies (and details)...

Also love the fact that this issue continues the trend of having nothing what so ever to do, story-wise, with what's on the main cover. I actually don't hate that the covers don't end up spoiling the story, are just great pieces of art.

After 14 issues, its issue 15 that I'd say was a bit more of a "filler" that didn't really drive too much of the story forward. Don't get me wrong, #UltimateSpiderman is still REALLY good, but yeah, it felt like were "checking in" more so than anything else this month. Awaiting the next issue now...

Peter is in quite the interesting place, and I really LOVE how Jonathan Hickman is really using the Family aspect of this Universe's Peter to great effect!

Really glad that #ShieldHero is continuing with its 4th Season. Season 2 was an abysmal mess, but Season 3 brought back the goods, and really setup an interesting story!

And then there are more known studios like Suda51's #GrasshopperManufacture or David Cage's #QuanticDream... Man, A lot of us have been waiting for these studios to release their next game, and it feels like something was just around the corner for each...

This is the part that just scares me about the NetEase exodus from foreign markets. Particularly this list in the article. These are some of my favorite creators and creatives in the industry that tried to branch out and make their own studios... If all of these close down? That's an insane loss..

Overall, yeah, not vibing with this one. I hope it's good, and people have fun, and the talent behind it is fantastic and all... But I dunno, I'll stick to dark, black and brooding Batman and likely be happy with #AbsoluteBatman for now. That's a weird I can get behind haha.

I love Jorge Jiménez as an artist, he's done some JAW Dropping work (Like this cover) and I always felt like he needed a great Batman story to pair with his fantastic artistic skills!

Personally, not a fan of the aesthetic or design, or this idea of "Remaking Gotham". Gotham feeling like a Gothic/Neon mix has always been the identity I've ascribed to it. Plus Matt Reeves's #TheBatman had a great aesthetic for Batman AND Gotham.

Pretty excited about this one! This whole thing was already setup in the Ultimate Universe shot... Before even the Ultimate Universe line officially began! I thought they'd wait a while, but as long as its minimal, I don't mind a crossover with 616 every now and then. #UltimateSpiderman

The only question mark for me (not covered in the article), is most certainly #NetherRealmStudio and Mortal Kombat. MK1 was kind of a flub, so I'm curious to see where that series and developer goes from here. Are we getting a new Injustice type game? Or more Mortal Kombat?

The only saving grace, I think is Avalanche Games and Hogwarts Legacy, which seems to be doing strong with a sequel in development. I think that's great, as I really loved Hogwarts Legacy and am excited for the second game, whenever it comes out.

Update on #EnderMagnolia I'm near the end... The final boss is, well... He's tough. I'm going for the True Ending, so maybe that makes him harder, but man, has there been a HUGE difficulty spike in the last area... Feels like I'm playing a Souls game. Ah well... I'll hopefully to get em tomorrow!

I just don't get why everything has to be an MCU style, cross over story in an extended universe.
Stories need to stand on their own. Self contained fiction seems like an old concept now and everything is about these multi-story interconnected universes... (3/3)
