Finally found a proper length rod for my ERCFv2 and was able to start working on it again. Had to stop to mess with heat inserts 😅

Then thanks to the Voron Discord, figured out I didn't have enough current going to the Y-Axis Motor and I didn't have one of the grub screws lines up against the flat spot on the motor shaft. First few photos are the wonderful shifting, last photo is a success after the changes.

Got the screen figured out, did a couple of test prints.

Finished basic setup, initial power-on, and it didn't release the magic smoke! Was able to heat up the hotend and push filament as a test. Had an issue where the printer would crash when trying to heat the print bed, that's because I forgot to flip the power switch from 230v to 115v.

Hot End assembled and finished last night, even did the bed and cabling, but somehow didn't take a photo.

Made some adjustments to the motors, so they face inward for the cables to more easily reach. AND I setup the Electronics bay. Have to build the hotend and then set everything up.

Made a little more progress last night. Bed installed, cables simply routed, X/Z motors installed, X rail installed. Digging the Pop Pink and Gray Abyss on this Space Gray frame.

Switched out the Inland Black parts for @west3d.bsky.social Grey Abyss. Stealthburner hexagon face with their British Racing Green accents, as well as @polymaker.bsky.social Teal accents and Pop Pink as the "accent" color for the whole build.
