Het Europees Parlement heeft donderdag het Europese klimaatdoel voor 2040, waarover de lidstaten het vorige week eens werden, bekrachtigd. Het stemt daarmee in met grotere flexibiliteit – maar maant de Commissie en de lidstaten onder meer tot strenge regels rond koolstofkredieten.

In Kostiantynivka,Donetsk region,volunteers rescued 2 elderly people&their cat,who had been trapped on the 7 floor of a half-ruined residential building for 3 days.
The rescue operation lasted three hours, during which they had to hide from drones flying nearby.
