This time the eggs looked cooked much nicer and it's not as thick, in comparison to the previous attempt at the dish.

Tried a new ramen place today on delivery.
Asked for no sesame seeds bc allergies, rang up the restaurant to not have them, confimed they wouldn't.

All dishes still arrived covered in em, food turned up 30 minutes late than booking.

Also, why does my ramen have lettuce, carrots and pepper in it?
Ramen from a restaurant poured into a bowl. The egg yolk is grey and the dish consists of a bunch of food I've never seen in ramen before. Including peppers, lettuce and carrots. The chicken also appears to be wet Katsu chicken.

Left it on the heat a little too long, so it went a bit thicker than I'd like, but otherwise we made a very nice Shakshouka today!

Finally managed to get hold of some in the UK!

Made a couple of my own Nuka cola Quantum props a while back, with printed labels and using the Fallout cookbook to make the drink, but nice to finally have the officially branded stuff.

Just re-read one of my favourite comic book series "We3".
Haven't read this one since I was like 13, wandering around my local Waterstones. Read it and later picked up the hardback edition.
Still hits pretty hard to this day.

The pies my Granddad bought home once for me to try & I liked em, so kinda became a bit of a tradition for me to have one when we went over to my grandparents house (once I moved on from sliced cheese & Branston pickle on a plate stage).

Had the meatballs once since, not as good.

Here in the UK we have a Lion stamp on eggs for quality (not all eggs, however roughly 85% of UK eggs are now produced to the same standards).
It means the hens are vaccinated against Salmonella, meet high animal welfare & hygiene standards, ect.
We also do not need to refrigerate our eggs here.
