They produce ~99% of the world's supply here! It's why they have the Tums Cam at Cardinal games where people hold up their food for the stadium camera. I believe that's a promotion they only do at Busch Stadium.

The Tums factory is my favorite random fun fact to share with visitors to St. Louis.

They have a factory in St. Louis that I drive by often, as well as a bunch of branded vehicles around. It's a logo that sticks in my head all the time even though I know almost nothing about what they do.
