Either or, but Broodscale can theoretically be combo’d with any repeatable +1 counter effect (like Blade of Bloodchief in Modern), so I would hit the engine and leave Glee for fun stuff like Evo Witness or Crypt Rats

I think DD would be a good ban but also change very little in Pauper, which might be the goal.
