I was thinking of this as a student is writing a paper comparing Portuguese and English papers on Bolsa Familia. It will be much easier for us to figure out which authors are at Brazilian institutions. I might have her look for Brazilian undergraduate degree too, which I'm hoping I can find

I thought there was a cswep issue in this but cannot find it. AEA has the below resources. I recommend talking to people at peer or similar institutions. I tried to build my network of local people like that around that time

My first sentence of every review starts the same with the title of paper so I can tell which reviewer I am when I get an 2nd round review request. I then summarize in a couple of sentences to set up a final sentence which previews the rest of the review

I got desk rejected in a week in September 2023. They said desk reviews take 2 weeks to a month when I submitted. Paper was a replication of a paper with dhs data in one country we added 11 more. Never found a home for that one

I can send it to you this summer, once it's ready. Early results look good. We gave $1,000 scholarships to students who repeated and passed Intro to Micro this fall. Looks like pass rates went up, will use Intro to Macro as comparison
