The shape of that ass in that bent over one is perfect. Just the right amount of weight to it, pulling itself over her back.

No wonder they're scared about emotive eyelids.

A great design!

I do agree that it's cute in this case, especially with the "Hmph" at the end. It's a fun unique thing just for her!

It could've been a limitation at first, then after it's "How we do it" and only recently thinking of reexamining that.

Microblogging ain't great in general, at least not for being the main social media folks treat it as.

Her!

It's not 100% of course, she's not necessarily that way when interacting with others. But it still kind of sucks how much that one Riders 1 scene, as funny as it was, affected her character.

"Flanderization" is a similar term, in reference to the Simpsons character, where a character in fiction is boiled down to their base traits rather than have depth. Both kind of apply to Wave as she's been portrayed as "the nagger" of her team quite a bit in recent portrayals, including that emote.

Typecast is generally an acting term, when an actor is cast for roles of a certain type all the time. If they're *always* the gruff army man, or *always* the ditzy girl, or whatever, rather than hired to do any other roles, to the point folks have a hard time thinking of them doing anything else.

While I'm not a fan of how she's typecast, her lecturing/harumph animation is cute

It may have been a limitation of her eye shape? Rouge's also have/had similar treatment where she emotes mostly with her eyelashes.
