Healing is messy.
It's feeling broken beyond repair, drowning in emotions you can't name, and wondering how you will ever pick up the pieces. It's crying on the floor at 2 A.M., spiraling down into your shadows, and struggling to believe there's any way out. It's taking hesitant steps, two forward, three back, falling, getting up, and trying again. Healing is raw and uncomfortable and doesn't always feel gentle. It's easy to think something is wrong with you, but you're not broken-you're a divine being learning to be human. Be patient with yourself, without judgment, and know that your soul is healing in the pain, even when you can't see it.
