Yeah it's not easy, because Joe did play her in central mid which isn't her best spot, but players like Sayer and Siemsen showed more this window up forward and if needing a midfield utility/backup I'd still choose Yallop (injured atm)

We know Chids is good (ALW MVP) but in the forward four positions where she's suited there's at least 3-4 players better than her as a striker/winger/second forward or #10.

As long as she does well next season we should see her in the next sort of squads like this one, but that'll be deep into '26

Proven wrong by Bunbury crowd! Great attendance. The stadium isn't really suitable for watching real footy, but happy everyone braved the cold, windy weather at premium price.

No idea what to take from the game, it felt very bad Canada games vibes.

Worried about crowds? Bunbury game will be low, regional match in pouring rain. GA tickets $45 with no shelter. 5k (15k capacity) will be lucky if rain really bad.

More a question for the window as a whole but with the focus on WA...where are the Sandgroper Tillies? It's Kerr > *crickets* > Lowry > *crickets*. State has a rather disappointing track record in development. I hope these games can show there is a strong interest in football here :)
