Ms Hepburn, besides being beautiful, talented & haute couture, was also fr 1988 until her premature death a UNICEF ambassador. She traveled the world from Biafra to Ecuador, Somalia to Guatemalia, publicizing the plight of the world's impoverished children. She did God's work.
