So many such cases of that. The sad thing is those kinda places exists, because people will go to it because it’s the lowest they can find. The person supplying it knows it’s minimal effort and honestly, a lot of these “efficiencies” are illegal I’m sure.

People renting out their 30 year old rv’s as a “room”, literal storage closets turned into a tiny living space for $1,100, dirty room for rents in questionable neighborhoods for $1k - $1.4k.
