not really satisfied with the half assed uniform and the low contrasts, but those are pretty hard to fix with all the bad practices adopted along the (long) way
i.e. up til the last iteration, there was only two layers: one for the body, one for the uniform...
I'm quite happy with the face though :)

many different flavors depending on the server even: digitigrade or not, frills or kobold ears, etc...
