I wanna get stronger/more muscle but weigh less and be healthier overall

Often during the day I have pain from my neck down to the right shoulder blade. But doing the weight lifting itself doesn't hurt, it just... doesn't work. The right arm just doesn't move into some positions. And even when it does it's weaker. Even dumbbell curls on the right are so much harder

No door or barrier can hold him back 😈

Also someone once voice called me twice on discord when I was sleeping to demand I talk to them, thankfully my phone is always on do not disturb at night

My discord is constantly set to appear offline because some people used to DM me like 15 seconds after I opened discord in the morning
