So proud of myself! Consistent gym work, 10k steps daily. Endurance soared; just walked almost an hour on a manual treadmill (hardest setting, 3-4kph) and not hyperventilating. From 107kgs (Dec 2024) to 88kgs (July 2025). Lifting weights soon!

So proud of myself! Consistent gym work, 10k steps daily. Endurance soared; just walked almost an hour on a manual treadmill (hardest setting, 3-4kph) and not hyperventilating. From 107kgs (Dec 2024) to 88kgs (July 2025). Lifting weights soon!

Final term paper deadline was yesterday. Only one trimester left after this one to complete my Master's reqs, so I said "fuck it!" and will take an INC instead. It's basically a deadline extension since profs can still upload grades after submission! #IskolarNgBayanNaUmiiyak

Just watched my students take their last-ever examination throughout their high school life. A little bittersweet seeing them at this milestone. I'm genuinely proud of their hard work and how far they've come. I am sure they are going to do great things in the future.
