I’m not upset about the bill so to speak but I want to pay for a plan with listed coverage and know if my doctor prescribes it that I can get it without fighting for something I already paid for. In all other industries this is illegal!

My point was that we need to start fighting to get what we pay for. It’s the only industry where we select a product/service, pay and then they can take our money and deny the deliverable.

I think we should start fixing healthcare by simply making it so what you buy in your plan cannot be denied if a doctor says it’s necessary. And a drug on the approved list should not be denied either. No other industry can do this!

Plan says 30 PT visits.
I use 15 & the remaining get denied for not having an MRI. The MRI was denied by the insurance company. There’s no way to get the remaining PT visits.
