Tl;dr asking an adhd person 'where do we start?' Doesn't work. Id rather someone answer that question for me and I put in the elbow grease bc Im not lazy. I just legit can't formulat 'where to start'.

Adhd goves you the lovely combo of desicion paralysis and executive dysfunction. When something gets too much of a mess its hard for me to know where to start. So no 'one room at a time method'. I have to have some help me and direct me on where to work which is why Ill ask my mom to come over.
