I do agree the author should have done more research. I've just done some and according to DIA, 428 Kai's born between 2014-2024. Data goes back to 1900 and doesn't include 2025. So only a recent name here.

Kai is Hawaiian for "sea"
It is also a name used in a number of other countries, including european and asian ones, and also a place name.

But agree on their lack of research. However, NZers also give kids weird names. I once worked at a school that had a kid called Tequila Sunrise.

Update: no Shawnforged and the Xmas one-shot won't be the double lives crew but most of the same peeps!

If it's a large server, people are more likely to mute what they aren't interested in. I know I do. But generally, you shouldn't be posting in multiple channels in the one server.

Only if it's allowed. One server I'm on allows you to post your thing in no more than two channels. For example you have an actual play podcast episode going out, so you can post it in your podcast's channel and in the general new release channel
