Far as I remember it was both. Granted I think B was more so implied when I was first being taught? I could be misremembering but A I know for sure I was taught

I have aspirations for myself but just having mental and physical roadblocks I am unsure of how to deal with outside of professional medical help just sucks. It's one of the big reasons I'm seriously thinking about moving to another country with a better healthcare system
