So, update on the house. It has a lot of work that needs to be done on it. Both inside and out. But it's a project house that would be really fun to work on. It needs two new patios that are rotting away; something i didn't see in the pictures. And the inside has very little to desire.

Ana and I are going to begin our house hunting journey today for our first ever house. Can't wait to check out this one. It needs a lot of work done on the inside, but the view from the backyard is so beautiful. Do you have any tips for 1st time home buyers?

Ana and I went to the Blue Ridge Cave trailhead up in Pinetop for a short walk. It was beautiful out. This will be our last night staying at the cabin.
