I felt the same way about DAV as well as Dragons Dogma 2. Souls games, either official or derivative, have become less enjoyable as I've gotten older.

Veilguard isn’t bad. Tight gameplay loop. Visuals are top notch. Writing might be sub-par, but it’s hardly worth the hate it’s getting.
