Man I'll say it: monster hunter wilds does not spark joy. maybe i should just take a break from the series. the autopilot bird is getting so old. I autopilot to the monster, and when it inevitably runs away, I totally tune out, autopilot to its next location, and sit there waiting for it to show up.

I am not a frequent poster, but I want to thank everyone for liking the mouse vid!! I slapped it together in 3 hours because I waited a long time to get a good mouse avatar and I wanted to give it a silly little debut video. The idea just would not leave my head until it was done!

Still reading youtube comments. I remember when people had conversations in there. Now it's all parasocial comments heaping praise on the funny video man (or children engaging in multi-day slapfights) and I KNOW the solution is to just stop reading them but ahghghghggg

Caught myself watching another video dunking on the gamergate dorks. Yes, they're nazis. I'm tired of seeing people just *react* to this. Innudendo studios alt-right playbook series is good. Video #6538548 of someone losing their mind over the woke games list is a waste of time and mental health.

I am in awe contemplating how anyone might have gotten through tomb raider 3 on the original playstation with their sanity intact. the game had limited saves!! the crystals that have been reduced to collectibles were your save tokens. my 13 year old ass used level skip cheats.

Rating the original tomb raider games based on how much time is spent raiding tombs:
TR1: 9/10. game consists almost entirely of raiding tombs or trying to get to tombs to raid, except for one sequence where you escape from bad guys. has an awesome portrayal of atlantis, nasty meaty ruins

So a while back I got the tomb raider remastered trilogy and made the mistake of picking TR3 to play first. coming back to it almost a year later and ALMOST getting to the end, I am ready to embrace the flames of frenzy. MAY CHAOS TAKE THE WORLD
