I have never been myself yet -
& is not a one location thing, but if you like a scavenger hunt sort of activity while you are there, I recently heard of Eki Stamps. You can download an app (Stamp Quest) to find them. Most will be in train stations, though.

I think the words 'good enough' are different for anyone. Life is about constant progress, I dont think amy artist feels they have ever reached their full potential, but I guess it's just striving to be better. I know it's an impossible ask, but don't be so hard on yourself. Work step by step 😊
