[but also, ramble time:
in 2013, unfortunately Skully was not considered to exist after Troy mentioned in a q&a that Skully was dropped as a concept... until 2018 when the comics dropped.
Coincidence that Toby grew in popularly, there's ~15-20 missing Proxies from that time.

I am not normal about majority of slenderverse taking place in the Appalachian Region in the united states. Centralia being in PA, etc etc. have a funky region map i have saved from when i went on the "slender is appalachian tangent" once

yes Rosswood is in an area where the appalachian mountains are buried by layers and layers of sediment but theyre still there, underneath the red clays, and categorized as appalachia.
