Having to squeeze in a doctor’s appointment when your in law school be like:

I knew this was coming. I knew we were heading toward Inauguration Day. I knew he would immediately begin sliming us with white supremacy, nationalist rhetoric, and heteronormativity… but I’m not ready. I hate this. AND… I am grateful to be a law student today—learning how fight against it all.

She’s an old cat. She was 2yo when I got her—14 now. Recently diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease, her health has been wavering. The vet found a walnut-sized tumor today.

I wonder if she thinks it’s been me the whole time or if she knows how many people I’ve been? A cocoon in a cocoon…
