I love that Google AI invented the concept of a dictionary you could put in a holster, because it didn't understand that I was trying to determine if "holsterable" was a word that is in the dictionary. #AIsucks

One of the more sinister consequences of smartphones is the notification ad. Like when your Amazon app pushes a notification saying "check out this deal." Advertisers from 30 years ago would have killed for that kind of access to your attention.

Bing is now my default search engine. Like everyone else, I got fed up with Google. Tried Brave. But while I am still using the Brave browser (for now), I wasn't very happy with Brave search. So far, Bing seems to be working well enough for me. Only time will tell for sure...

This is why I gave up on Call of Duty. Or at least one of the reasons.

This should be illegal. I didn't have to call customer service to START the contract, so why should I need to call to end it? Shame on you, IONOS! This kind of crap is exactly why I'm switching to a different host.

😂 Temu’s AI seems very confused about the scale of these rails/bearings. It even put them on dollies!

Made a new drawbar for my Gorton 9J! This was actually my first time ever doing single-point threading manually. A pain on my Vevor mini lathe, but it turned out alright.

Anyone planning on buying one? I never had a Pebble, but always wanted one. However, I have an Apple Watch I never use and can’t decide if I’d use one of these. Either way, it is awesome that this is happening!

Freshly turned brass always looks nice, even when you don’t do a very good job 😂

Finally, after months of tearing my hair out, I was able to get this collet holder out of my mill using a bearing splitter. Mechanical advantage FTW! #machining

Is it worth the switch from Google to Brave? I've been just as frustrated with Google as everyone else. So I decided to switch from Chrome + Google to Brave (Browser) + Brave (Search). This is one example search. Yes, you can turn off the AI summary. I'm satisfied so far... #tech #google #brave
