I think I could do that, but I also am victim to temptations. I might need some help with it.

-comfort food for a reason. It makes me feel better, but I know its not good for me, especially for my weight. I guess I just really want some advice or encouragement to eat healthy, or at the very least, limit the amount of food I consume.
