What's scary as a transwoman is not only the increased threats, but the willingness to followthrough against trans folks. The fact that there are people trying to unalive trans folks, simply because we want to be happy being ourselves. It's mind boggling how people can hate, and be okay with that.

I'm in Canada and one of our top party leaders echoed Trump going "I only know of two genders" and my blood turned to ice. It's coming. And we have to be ready.
