Christmas felt different this year. Last year, we were still navigating the changes in our lives. Last year, I tried to make it feel normal. This year, it really did. No drama. No fear. No shame. No eggshells.

The patterns were there...love-bombing, de-valuing, love-bombing, de-valuing...over & over. Some people just love to hate. Run fast, run far from them.
