Seven year old feral- “Mummy, I want to write a book like you.”

Me, thinking she’ll never finish it because she never finishes anything- “Aww 🥹 ok babes, you write it and I’ll draw pictures for it.”

Feral- “Finished mummy! You can do pictures now!”

Me- “Well done babe! *oh shit*”

I guess I’m here now in my endless pursuit of an unproblematic platform.
