Ma jok, imaju priču o pijanom Jeljcinu za te prilike. To i Putin furao, "kriva bivša vlast" kad god je neka potencijalna kritika, isto k'o SNS.

Exactly. Just explaining the local context takes effort. And it is rather unrewarding, lol. I should just paywall it on Substack or whatever. People writing specifically about Serbia can't explain stuff like this by saying "oh, it's Gen Z protests". Yeah, but no.

Naravno da se pitaju, kad je Srbija Kuća Umirućih Laži. Ovde većina glumi neko ludilo i kuka kao su zaboga žrtve spoljnih zavera i domaćih izdajnika. Evo šta je mojim sugrađanima "borba protiv korupcije":

The General Staff protest was covered. But yeah, I often see foreigners asking why there isn't more news coverage from Serbia. Maybe you heard the expression here, "prema svecu i tropar". Serbia ain't all that important. Apparently, not even the big media players have correspondents here.

The thing is that everyone keeps calling this the "student protests" when in fact it is a wide popular front. Yeah, we call it that way in Serbia, but people probably keep thinking that these are all some college kids, while a lot of social groups participate in it. Thanks for the link.

Ono što mene teši je što kada čujem traktore ovde, znam da ne idu na proteste ili ratište (da, prevozili su traktorskim prikolicama kad je bila hića). Bez obzira na lična uverenja, ipak nikoga nije briga za oba ova...tabora, da ne kažem obora.
