tried to do the glitch the race in FFX for Sun Sigil, something wasn't working and I suspect it was because I already did the race legitimately once before which changed the cutscene and I suspect locked me out of the skip, or I was missing a detail idak, came back & got 0.0s legitimately in 4 tries
A picture of a TV playing Final Fantasy X, and having just gotten a time of 0.0s on the Catcher Chocobo minigame, which is notoriously one of if not the most annoying and hated minigame in the whole game because you have to maneuver your Chocobo to catch balloons while avoiding birds in order to achieve an end time of less than 0.0 seconds as exactly 0.0 seconds does not qualify as a perfect time. This was also achieved with 14 balloons and 2 birds, which caught me by surprise as I was always under the impression that you need 13 balloons and each bird needed to offset by an extra balloon, though I suppose I managed to steer the chocobo well enough that that second bird apparently didn't even matter somehow. Either way, this is probably the 7th or 8th playthrough in which I've gotten the Sun Sigil. I kinda absolutely love Final Fantasy X.

why did I never update my RetroTINK 5X Pro until today? because until lately, the more default options were doing the job for me as I was using it simply as an analog to digital converter to produce a cleaner image for use with my capture card, and have only recently been using outside of that.

I love Ghost, but got dang, his levels on Hard are just the embodiment of pain when speedrunning. And I'm not even done because I still have Ghost Hard (Any%) to do! 😓

Pretty much finalised my AGDQ 2026 submissions. I decided that Fable: TLC Any% really doesn't offer much of anything that Fable Anniversary Any% didn't already show during AGDQ 2023, and so I decided to give Anniversary 100% a go. More than Fable, I really hope Enter The Matrix gets in though. 🤞

Enter The Matrix Genre: Speedrun | Platform: PC Description: Enter The Matrix is the video game tie-in to The Matrix Reloaded, where you play as Ghost and Niobe to experience events that happen within the canon Matrix story which were largely not shown in the films. A real transmedia experience in more ways than one! Piggybacking off the events of the short "The Final Flight of the Osiris" from The Animatrix, Captain Niobe and Ghost, with the guiding hand of their operator, Sparks, need to recover a message that was left in a Hail Mary effort by Jue which contains information that spells a critical turning point in the war between man and machine that has endured for over a hundred years. The game had a rushed development in order to match the release date of The Matrix Reloaded, and is known now for being a goofy, broken, but still very fun mess of a game that oozes that Matrix charm. Game contains flashing lights. Category: Niobe All Levels | Estimate: 1:00:00 | Co-op/Race: No Description: The Niobe All Levels run is simply beating all of Niobe's levels, which features the otherwise optional levels that task you with escaping The Matrix where Agent Smith has already taken over the vast majority of its inhabitants and all the Smiths have their eyes set squarely on you. The fastest speedruns of Enter The Matrix are performed on the Easy difficulty so that enemies don't turn you into Swiss cheese the second you turn the corner as easily as they do on Hard, and feature a good handful of skips and tricks, optimized fight, a specific post-release patch that makes the cars really go vroom, and guns. Lots of guns. Fable: The Lost Chapters Genre: Speedrun | Platform: PC Description: Fable: The Lost Chapters was originally released for PC in 2005 after the success of Fable for the Microsoft Xbox in 2004. This re-release of the game expanded upon the already existing world of the original, adding new quests, zones, enemies, and making system chances within the game that inadvertently opened the door to some really useful glitches and exploits you could perform, on top of what the original had and was not fixed. The player assumes the role of the eventual Hero of Oakvale, whose village is sacked and his family is torn from him by bandits at a young age, and upon growing up and graduating from the Heroes' Guild, it is up to him to save the world and avenge his family. Fable II Genre: Speedrun | Platform: Xbox 360 Description: The sequel to Fable, set roughly 500 years after, sees the young child Sparrow undergo a similar initial ordeal as their Hero ancestor in losing the only family they've ever had, but instead befriends and adopts a neighborhood stray dog. Content warning: Animal Death Category: Unpatched Any% | Estimate: 3:05:00 | Co-op/Race: No Description: The Unpatched Any% category takes advantage of a massive EXP exploit that existed in earlier prints of the game, making it a run exclusive to the Xbox 360. This also makes it have a much more optimised route that is nowhere near as affected by the game's random sales and trader inventories that can often and quickly derail current patch speedrun attempts. Of course, having an overpowered character doesn't mean beating the game quickly is a walk in the part as there is a lot going on behind the scenes with the routing, combat, and especially movement.

I'm aiming for a full-game category leaderboard sweep, but I might also do ILs since I've been joking that I'm Agent Smithing myself onto the leaderboards already, and it'd better sell my commitment to the bit... Time will tell.

Anyway, game's fun. Do kinda like rather a lot. :)

Nothing made me trans. I was always trans, but it wasn't until 3 years ago that I was able to connect the dots. Only through transition was I finally able to love myself, something that was impossible in my eyes for half of my life because I had no self to love. That is what being trans means to me.
