I agree you should go with what you think's best but, in terms of your art's reach, are you aware that the English rendering of "エマ・ミルスティン" is "Emma Millstein?" Could this be causing confusion?

Unlikely to get a response because, as far as I know, people in such countries rarely need to ask for their medical record.

In the UK, for example, the NHS all use the same system. So your new doctor doesn't ask you to fetch your record, they just hop on the computer and get it themself

I can't tell if you're on PC but it's incredibly easy to use cheats to get unlimited bonding points. You just have to remember to turn it off for sections that won't progress until you use all your points.
